Atfurn is a handicraft manufacturer specialising in handcrafted furniture, decor, and lifestyle products, sold through our website and other authorised channels.
When you use our Site, or send emails and other electronic communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so, you consent to receive reply communications from us electronically in the same format, and you may retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Products & Handcrafted Nature
All Atfurn products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result:
- Minor variations in colour, grain, texture, finish, and dimensions may occur between the product shown on the Site and the item you receive — this is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and not considered a defect.
- Product images are for representation purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
- Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy for further details on order fulfilment.
Orders & Payments
- All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
- Prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full or partial payment (as applicable) must be made through the payment methods available on the Site at the time of ordering.
Comments & Reviews
When visitors leave comments or reviews on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comment/review form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible publicly alongside your comment.
Media
f you upload images to the Site (for example, in a review), please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Site can download and extract any location data from images posted on the Site.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognise and automatically approve any follow-up comments, rather than holding them in a moderation queue.

All registered users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username, which cannot be changed). Website administrators can also access and edit this information.
